Kinding Machinery Production Workshop

The production workshop of Wenzhou Kinding Machinery Co., Ltd. strictly follows the modern lean production layout, divided into six functional modules: raw material inspection area, precise cutting area, welding forming area, polishing treatment area, assembly integration area, and final testing and debugging area, forming an efficient and continuous stainless steel process equipment manufacturing assembly line.

Here, industry-leading constant temperature and humidity environment control is adopted to ensure that stainless steel materials are not affected by environmental factors during the processing, ensuring the stability and corrosion resistance of the product material from the source. High-precision laser cutting machines and CNC bending machines operate in an orderly manner, precisely cutting and shaping high-quality stainless steel sheets, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent manufacturing of tanks and components. Each piece of material is equipped with a dedicated process tracking code, enabling full life cycle quality traceability from inventory to finished products.

What is particularly noteworthy is that a small-scale process test bench has been specially set up in the workshop. According to customer requirements, raw materials provided by them can be used for pilot production, allowing the performance of the equipment to be directly verified in actual materials.
