A: We guarantee welding quality through the following methods:

A: We offer both mechanical polishing and electropolishing. Electropolishing creates a chromium-rich passive layer, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance, preventing pitting, and resulting in an extremely smooth surface that prevents product adhesion and is easier to clean and sterilize.

A: Upon receiving your basic process requirements and equipment specifications, we typically provide a preliminary technical proposal, main equipment drawings, and a quotation within 48 hours. For highly complex projects, it might take slightly longer, and we will communicate this in advance.

A: We provide highly efficient insulation solutions. The insulation thickness is calculated based on your process temperature and ambient conditions to ensure the surface temperature meets safety standards (typically not exceeding ambient temperature +5°C) and minimizes energy loss.

A: We offer various impeller types (e.g., anchor, paddle, turbine). Our engineers select and design the most suitable agitator based on your material characteristics and process objectives (emulsifying, homogenizing, heat transfer, suspension). We can also utilize CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation to optimize flow patterns, thereby ensuring mixing efficiency.

11. Can your sanitary pumps handle our specific product (e.g., high viscosity, containing particles, shear-sensitive)?

A: Yes. We recommend the most suitable pump type based on your product characteristics:
* High Viscosity / Containing Particles: Recommended Rotary Lobe Pumps or Single Screw Pumps.
* Shear-Sensitive: Recommended Low-Shear Centrifugal Pumps or specially designed Positive Displacement Pumps.
* Sanitary Requirements: All pumps feature sanitary design for easy cleaning and maintenance.

A: Yes. Our equipment is designed with a "crevice-free" principle, standardly equipped with CIP spray balls to ensure cleaning coverage of all internal surfaces. Tanks and piping systems can be designed to withstand the saturated steam temperatures and pressures required for SIP, ensuring thorough cleaning and sterilization.

15. What are your payment terms? Do you accept Letters of Credit (L/C)?

A: Our standard payment terms are: 30% down payment upon contract signing, and 70% balance payment before shipment. We accept sight Letters of Credit, subject to mutual agreement on the terms and associated bank charges.

A: The production lead time for standard products is approximately 15-30 days. For custom projects, the lead time depends on the complexity of the technical solution, generally ranging from 45-60 days. A detailed production schedule will be provided upon order confirmation.

A

A: Yes, rest assured. As an experienced exporter, we can act as your full agent, handling all export customs declaration, booking, and documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice). For CIF terms, we also arrange ocean freight and insurance.

A: Yes, we provide professional overseas installation, commissioning, and operator training services. Our engineers hold business passports and can travel to your facility. All associated costs (international airfare, visa, local transportation, and accommodation) are to be covered by the client.

19. How can we obtain spare parts? Do you maintain a spare parts inventory?

A

A: We maintain a stock of common spare parts (e.g., mechanical seals, gaskets, motors, bearings) in our domestic warehouse to facilitate fast delivery. A detailed spare parts list will be provided, allowing you to pre-order based on your maintenance schedule.

A

A: We provide 7x24 online technical support. For urgent issues, we commit to responding within 4 hours and providing preliminary solutions or troubleshooting guidance within 24 hours. If replacement parts are needed, we will arrange shipment via the fastest available method (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

21. What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

A: We offer a 12-month warranty period starting from the date the equipment arrives at the destination port. The warranty covers any issues resulting from design and manufacturing defects. It excludes damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure.

A: Yes. We provide comprehensive, professional English-language installation, operation, and maintenance manuals with each equipment delivery, including parts diagrams, electrical schematics, installation procedures, and precautions.

A: Currently, our headquarters and production base are located in Wenzhou.
