Startup debugging
Before the first use, it is recommended to conduct a stepwise heating/cooling test. Adjust the temperature of the interlayer medium at a rate not exceeding 5℃ per hour slowly to ensure uniform heating and cooling of the inner tank and the material, avoiding the impact of temperature shock on the equipment structure and material quality.
Daily operation monitoring
It is recommended to be equipped with our remote monitoring system to track key parameters such as interlayer pressure, medium temperature and material temperature in real time. Establish operation logs to record daily energy consumption data and provide a basis for energy-saving optimization.
Safety Warning
It is strictly prohibited to use the interlayer beyond the design pressure! The operating pressure of the safety valve must be calibrated regularly (it is recommended to do so every six months) to ensure it is always in an effective condition. Establish equipment files to record each maintenance and calibration data.

Question: Can the materials of the interlayer and the inner tank be different?
Answer: Yes. For instance, the inner tank is made of 316L, which has better corrosion resistance, to ensure the purity of the material, while the outer tank and jacket can be made of economical 304 material. You can put forward this requirement to us when customizing.
Question: If there is a leakage in the interlayer, how should it be repaired?
Answer: Our double layer structure design has taken maintainability into account. Access ports are usually provided on the casing for easy inspection and maintenance. However, this situation rarely occurs because we have conducted strict air tightness tests on the interlayer during the manufacturing stage.
