The pulp entering the second chamber will repeat this process, but usually uses a sieve with a smaller aperture to achieve more precise separation.

Main structural components: A typical double-channel pulper consists of a cylindrical screen (screen mesh), a main shaft with a scraper, a transmission system, a frame, and an inlet/outlet device. The screen mesh is usually made of stainless steel, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning. The distance between the scraper and the screen mesh can be adjusted to meet different materials and processing requirements.
