Before use, confirm the pressure rating and stirring parameters of the tank. During operation, regularly inspect the head and welds for any abnormalities. When cleaning, a high-pressure water gun or chemical cleaning can be used, but we recommend using special tools to avoid damage.

Check before use.

Pressure verification: Confirm that the design pressure of the tank (indicated on the nameplate) meets your process requirements. Overpressure operation is strictly prohibited.

Parameter setting:

Refer to the "Equipment Nameplate" to set the maximum allowable rotational speed (usually ≤120rpm).

For the first use, a no-load test run (30 minutes) is required to detect vibration/abnormal noise.

Operation monitoring:

Daily mandatory inspection items: ✅ Weld seam between the head and the cylinder (with a focus on stress concentration areas) ✅ leakage condition of the stirring shaft sealing device ✅ whether the pressure gauge/safety valve calibration label is within its validity period

Emergency handling: If abnormal deformation is detected (using a thickness gauge) or pressure fluctuation exceeds 10%, stop the machine immediately and contact after-sales service.

Elliptical Head Mixing Tank Professional cleaning solution

Mechanical cleaning:

Rinse with high-pressure hot water above 80℃ (pressure ≤3MPa)

Metal brushes are prohibited. Nylon brushes and food-grade cleaning agents are recommended.

Chemical cleaning (applicable to the pharmaceutical/food industry):

Acid and base concentration control: Nitric acid ≤5%, NaOH≤3%

After rinsing, the pH value should be tested with purified water (6.5-7.5 is qualified).
