Compared with traditional vertical cooling tanks, Kinding horizontal cooling tanks offer more stable operational performance and a more convenient maintenance experience. This design not only reduces the overall height of the equipment but also ADAPTS to various factory space limitations. The bidirectional stirring system, in combination with the internal deflector plates of the tank, ensures that the dairy products are evenly cooled during the cooling process and avoids temperature stratification. Temperature fluctuations are controlled to ±0.5°C to ensure product consistency.
The Kinding horizontal cooling tank is equipped with compressors and high-efficiency condensers of internationally renowned brands. Each Kinding horizontal cooling tank is equipped with an industrial-grade PLC control system as standard, featuring a 10-inch touch screen interface that supports multi-language operation. The fully automatic CIP (In-situ Cleaning) system is equipped with high-pressure rotating spray balls. The programmable cleaning program covers the entire process from pre-rinsing, alkali washing, acid washing, disinfection, to final rinsing, ensuring no cleaning dead corners and meeting FDA and 3-A hygiene standards.
