Functional features of Kinding IBC Container

The mobile hopper is a part of the bulk material handling system and is used for storing and conveying powder, granular materials and other materials.

Discharging: At the bottom of the mobile hopper, a conical valve is used, which can be coordinated with the discharging station to control discharging and ensure that no dust leaks out.

Filling: At the opening of the moving hopper, a manual or automatic filling device is used as a dust-proof connection during feeding.

Mixing: Using a mobile hopper on a rotary mixer can achieve a faster and more effective mixing effect.

Components of Kinding IBC Container

Inner container: Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it undergoes precise welding and internal and external polishing. The standard capacity is 1000 liters (approximately 264 gallons), and custom specifications such as 500L and 1250L are also available. The design pressure can be adjusted according to the filling and temperature requirements.

Protective frame: Welded from high-strength galvanized steel pipes or stainless steel pipes, it provides all-round protection for the inner container and is equipped with forklift slots and lifting holes, supporting two handling methods.

Component system: It includes a large-diameter filling cap at the top (with a breather valve), a butterfly valve or ball valve at the bottom (optional with sampling function), a pressure gauge, a thermometer, etc. All seals can be made of food-grade or chemical-grade materials according to the compatibility of the medium.
