What is a Sanitary Breather Valve?

A Sanitary Breather Valve is a pressure protection device specifically designed for sanitary containers. It is installed on the top of the storage tank and automatically opens to release pressure when the internal pressure exceeds the set value. Why do storage tanks need Sanitary Breather Valves?
