Why is the bottom valve of the tank so important?
An excellent bottom valve must achieve an ultimate balance in the three aspects of "emptying", "sealing", and "easy cleaning". For different material properties, a single structure cannot meet all requirements.
The Kinding bottom valve can be equipped with an integrated cleaning spray ball (CIP nozzle). Even when the valve is closed, this nozzle can perform a 360-degree high-pressure spray cleaning of the valve chamber interior and the valve seat sealing surface, ensuring that the cleaning solution and sterilization steam can reach every corner, thus easily passing the strict hygiene verification.
