The revolutionary feature of the Kinding square cylinder shear emulsifying tank lies in its square (or rectangular) cylinder design. When traditional circular tanks are used to mix high-viscosity materials, they tend to produce a "concentric circle" flow field, with a speed gradient between the center and the edges, resulting in uneven mixing. Our square cylinder design completely breaks this limitation. When combined with specially designed bidirectional interlaced scrapers, the material is forcibly compressed, folded, and stretched at the four corners, creating intense three-dimensional turbulence that achieves synchronous and efficient shear throughout the entire area.
