Tubular Sterilizer
The tubular ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer (UHT) is a core equipment specifically designed for the aseptic processing of liquid foods. It achieves the entire process of heating, heat preservation, heat recovery and cooling through the organic combination of multiple sets of tubes. Tubular UHT is equipped with an automatic sterilization temperature control system, which can record data in real time and trigger an alarm mechanism. The discharge temperature is stably controlled between 88 and 92℃. Its technical parameters include a flow rate range of 4-12t/h and a maximum sterilization temperature of 138℃ (adjusted according to the product), and it supports personalized holding time Settings of 10s, 15s or 30s.

Tubular UHT Equipment Structure: Composed of multiple sets of tubes combined in accordance with the process flow, it can simultaneously complete the four-stage treatment processes of heating, heat preservation, heat recovery and cooling within one unit.
